Overview
The interesting part of this project wasn’t simply getting the rigging points into the air. It was making several different structures move in very different ways, while keeping the whole show predictable from rehearsal to live performance.
For the 10,000-seat Capital Indoor Stadium, YZDITEC supplied the stage automation system with 34 C1 servo hoists and one BW Intelligent Console, controlling 11 overhead kinetic arrays.


1.Different mechanics, one workflow
The system included four linear lighting trusses, a 10 m ring truss, a 6 m ring lighting truss, and five kinetic shimmer panels.






2.The part that matters before showtime
With this kind of setup, programming is often where the real work happens.
Using the BW Intelligent Console, the team could build and review motion sequences in 3D Previsualization Software, program them offline, preset safety parameters, and monitor position and system status in real time.
That changes the rehearsal process. Instead of spending the whole day teaching the system what the rig should do, more of that work can be settled before the first live cue.
It is a fairly simple idea: make the complicated part predictable before the audience sees it.
