We just handed over a kinetic stage for a nightclub project — long-span track choreography, moving and folding screens, winged lifts and synchronized stage platforms.

Behind the motion are custom winch-based lifting systems, track carriages, screen open/close mechanisms, all programmed and previewed in 3D simulation software, then executed from one CNC control console.
Technical challenge: Create repeatable choreography across long-span tracks and mixed lift types while keeping commissioning time short.
Our solution: Motion sequences were pre-visualized in 3D, motion profiles tuned for 0.3 m/s travel and 4 m strokes, then deployed via a centralized CNC master/sub console — minimizing on-site iteration and ensuring synchronized playback.

Huge thanks to the team who turned concept into repeatable, show-ready motion.
